When Placing An Order
Please use the order forms provided in our secure shopping cart. You will receive an email acknowledging your order. If, for some reason you are unable to use the shopping cart or do not receive an email acknowledgment within 2-3 business days, call 314-740-0361 or use the contact form and we will help you to complete your order.Shipping Information
All orders are priced in US dollars. Delivery is to the United States and Canada, only. All items ship via United States Post Office unless you request otherwise. You can request that your shipment be sent via insured mail or another carrier (i.e. UPS or Fed Ex) for an additional charge. This charge is determined by the shipper and the weight of the item(s) involved. It is requested that you provide a street address instead of a PO Box number for your own protection. Orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number.
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us undamaged, in the original packaging for an exchange or credit. All returns require a return authorization (RA#) and must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of delivery. Call or e-mail to get your authorization. We will either replace your item, credit you toward the purchase of any other item on our site or refund your credit card purchase for the price of the item being returned. Autographed items can not be returned as we cannot resell them. All items returned must be insured and have a tracking code or confirmation of delivery number. This is for your protection.
