1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The free book giveaway contest is open to all who enter, with the exception of previous winners. Previous winners of any contest are *not* eligible until further notice.
2. To enter the contest each participant must provide their complete name, mailing address, and email address on the Official Entry Form web page and click "submit" at the bottom of the Official Entry Form web page. Submission of the Official Entry Form signifies that the participant has read and agrees to the official rules of the contest. Answers to other registration questions are appreciated, but not required to participate in the contest.
3. Entry must be on the Official Entry Form. Magical Child Books does not assume responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed internet/email computer transmissions, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or misaddressed entries.
4. This contest begins February 1, 2008 and ends at noon Central Standard Time on February 27, 2008. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries by participant will be voided. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
5. The Prize: There will be one (1) winner for this contest. The prize for the random drawing is one (1) spiral bound paperback edition of the Magickal Crafts. (valued at $14.99) to the winner. There will be no substitution of prizes and no cash will be awarded in lieu of merchandise or awards.
6. The Winner: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 1, 2008. Drawings will be done by Magical Child Books and decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. If Magical Child Books is unable to locate the winner, an alternate winner will be selected by a second random drawing. The winner will be notified by email. All shipping and handling expenses will be covered by Magical Child Books.
7. By entering the contest, the participants (a) agree to the official rules and that the decisions of the judges are final in all respects; and (b) release Magical Child Books and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
8. All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply. Offer void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted under federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations.
9. The name of the winners may be posted on our Web site.
